Packed and Ready!

It's completely amazing to me that we have two weeks worth of stuff (well if worn over and over again) into 3 suitcases, 4 including my mom's and 3 carry on bags. This includes everything for Zoey: bottles, cereal, formula, diapers, wipes, clothes, etc. It's the most amazing packing job we're ever done! Now just get us on that plane!

Amanda, you won't need to take diapers with you, the Chinese kids don't use them. You just need pants and a pair of scissors, see: http://katie2china.blogspot.com/2007/06/another-favorite.html

We are so happy for you and your sweet, precious daughters (both of them). I have just recently found your site and am thrilled to read about your journey. We live in Tuscaloosa, Al (Roll Tide!!) and are currently waiting for our I171A. We have already been matched to our daughter, as she is a "special needs" child. Her name is Ruthie Jun Allen (previously known as Wou Ming Jun). Good luck on your trip and I can't wait to hear all of the details. Since we are all from Alabama, maybe one day our China Dolls can meet :>.
We also have have 3 biological children and would love to hear about your decision to persue adoption.
We will be praying daily for you and just remember Psalms 37:4.
In Christ
